When the Wii launched it was a huge success, i never personally owned a Wii but my neighbors did that we were close with. And that can only mean one thing, Wii parties. We would play bowling, tennis, baseball any sport you could think of. And we would get competitive about it. Every once and a while the hand strap would come off and we would launch a controller at someone on accident, but it was the first of its kind and it really was awesome, but what is the reason it lost its popularity? Anyone can answer this. The simple fact of time, It has been 10 years since the release, makes you feel old doesn't it. And when systems get old new technology comes out like the Wii-u and there is no need to keep producing games for it because it is simply not worth it. The community and the money moves to the next console. No matter what though i will still always remember the Wii as the first of its kind, let me know what you think of it all in the comments if you want!
